Happy Tuesday everyone!! Gosh, I almost can’t believe I’m doing this and am sorta in a fog right now so please excuse me if this sounds “foggy”, lol.  I am closing my Shoppe officially on Sunday, September 13th. 

I have thought soooo… long and hard about this and as much as my pride and soul hurts over it, I really feel like I am making the right decision.  I hope you will agree.

Lots of things have happened for me the last couple of years.  Some good and some bad but I feel like I have achieved so many dreams that I wanted to.  Many opportunities have presented themselves that I never even imagined, would.  I am truly, truly grateful for everything and always will be.

Honestly, I have been living the DREAM here at my Shoppe the past few years and will miss it SO MUCH!!  Owning my own digital Shoppe has been the most rewarding challenge and still the best choice I’ve made yet.  It’s been hugely successful thanks to you all and I can’t thank you enough for it! 

Right now, it just consumes too much of my time.  Mostly, the time that I used to have to be creative and to design.  I can be an okay secretary, but really prefer to create, lol.  I want that back…I just want the freedom to freely design again and I hope you will understand. 

I am not quitting designing…no way! Actually, I am so SUPER HAPPY to be joining a great team of designers at another digital Shoppe very soon.  I can’t say where just yet, but I only hope and pray you will follow me there when you know.

I will only be taking a few of my current products with me to my new Shoppe. I want to make a FRESH NEW START!! Most of what is in my Shoppe now will be retiring forever! If you want something, you might want to get it at this LAST and FINAL HUGE sale going on NOW through the 13th! :)

I will continue to sell my Scrap 4 Hire License and am still honoring that for use of everything you see at my Shoppe now (retired and new).  I may continue to offer a S4H License at my new Shoppe for my new stuff there but will let you know when I decide.

Again, I apologize if this message is all over the place.  I’m not in the best frame of mind right now.:(

Hi all! I hope your day is going good so far.  It’s Thursday morning here and already hot as heck, lol.  We are in the 100’s here in Texas…ickkk…

Well, I am finally getting back into the swing of things and wanted to let you know that the all new Shoppe with new stuff should be up and running within the next few weeks.  I know that I originally said March but the last few months have been extremely busy for me and I apologize for not being around.  I miss doing this and can’t hardly wait to be back up and going again with the new stuff.  Oh and guess what?? my baby starts Kindergarten in August so be ready to get sick of me.  I don’t think I will know what to do with my days anymore:).

I’m writing you for two reasons today…first of all to give a BIG welcome to all my newest customers and fans and to say thank you to absolutely EVERYONE!! Several months ago I was thrilled to receive an email asking me to advertise with “Somerset Digital Studio“ by Stampington & Company.  Stampington offers SEVERAL different publications specializing only in original artistic work and design.  Their “Somerset Digital Studio” is no exception, presenting the most artistic and creative digital work EVERR!! The artists published in their magazines do truly amazing stuff.  Sooo… if you’re out and about you might want to look for this magazine.  The back cover is a bit “loud”, lol and not hard to miss :)…

I had the honor of advertising on their entire back cover of the magazine and am SOO.. very happy some of you found me!  I have gotten to meet so many new people that are just as sweet as all of you loyals.  It’s been super fun taking time out just to bond with my customers again and I just wanted you ALL to know how much I appreciate you.  If it weren’t for you there wouldn’t be a “Christina Renee Designs“.  BIG hugs to you ALL for your support and sticking with me during this long overdue break I’ve been on.  I will be back soon…promise :). 

Okay, next reason for this message is to let you know I have a new/old kit in the Shoppe.  The “Ultimate Art Collection II” was originally created for DigiShopTalk.com (DST) back in June of 2008 as the featured kit.  This was a free kit given to all the members there and exclusive to the DST community for a one year.  I almost can’t believe a whole year has gone by already, but it has.  You can now purchase this collection (shown below) from the retired section in my Shoppe for 1/2 off (like everything else in the Shoppe) as of today!

It’s also been wayyy… to long since I gave you something.  I made these “little tabs just for you” using nothing but the stuff in “Ultimate Art Collection II” to create them.  I left them blank for you to add your own words.  If you like em, you can click here to snag those.

quick note…I’m so excited to hear from so many of you that you are taking advantage of the “License to Drive, Scrap for Hire License” (S4H) I now offer.  It makes me so happy to see people’s businesses take off and I am thrilled to be able to help with that.  Lots of you have asked if I will continue to offer the S4H license for the new stuff when it comes out this year.  Most likely yes I will because this has been such a popular request.  I will let you know more about that when the new Shoppe opens.  However, EVERYTHING (including this new/old kit) in the retired section of the Shoppe continues to be S4H friendly when you purchase the necessary one time S4H license.

exciting news…I should also let you know that there will be an exclusive section in my NEW Shoppe where all my S4H license holders will be able to advertise and link directly to their work and business.  How COOL IS THAT?? Can’t spill all the beans so more on that later :).

Hi all! If you are subscribed to the CRD Newsletter, you have probably already gotten this message.  For those of you that aren’t…

Yea, yea, me again…I know I said the 4th was the last day of the 50% sale, lol.  However, many of you are in different time zones and dummy me messed up and set the ending date in the Shoppe for the 4th (so it all went off sale on the 4th at 12am CST).  I meant to set it for the 5th for those of you that ARE in a different time zone and I didn’t. 

I received many emails that some of you that had your carts full but upon checking out found the sale to be off.  I’m so sorry! I have now reset the ending date for January 6th (50% off sale and 10% off coupon code below will now officially end on the 6th at 12am CST). 

You can now log back in to your account in the Shoppe to retrieve the items in your cart and check out with the 50% off discount.  I wish I would have caught this yesterday, but I was out of town visiting my grandmother in the hospital.  I’m really sorry for any inconvience this may have caused any of you.  Please forgive me and know it’s all been fixed now. :)

Hi all! Wow, it’s been a long time since I posted.  I hope you all had a great Christmas.  I know I did! :) I got back into one of my all time favorite hobbies….antique shopping.  Oh man I’m so addicted again too, lol.  Being that I was doing so much of it, I got into the holiday spirit early this year.  So I’ve been spending the past few weeks shopping, decorating and ORGANIZING! You know when you start to drag all those Christmas decorations down from the attic and you just FEEL the clutter? We’ll I decided this year to de-clutter BEFORE I started decorating rather than having to do it too much after Christmas.  I’m thrilled I did that too because I’m not sure how I would have got all my sons new stuff in his room had I not donated most of what he already grew out of before hand.

Anyhow, besides my shopping obsession it’s been fun just being a mom too.  My boy is 4 now, so he’s at that age of wanting 100% of my attention.  I’m sure lots of you can relate, lol. 

We’ll I’ve also been doing a little digital designing too.  Although, I should be concentrating on my ALL NEW CRD in 2009 stuff, I wanted to wrap up 2008 first.  I decided to finish up lots of un-finished goodies I had on my HD from this year that I never released.  I combined it all into one huge grab bag, called the ”Ultimate Present“.  It’s in the Shoppe now and includes 14 brand new, never released products from me for only $5. :) Also, EVERYTHING in the Shoppe (besides this grab bag) is 50% off to retire for good!!

I didn’t want you to be totally blind as to what went into this grab bag so I made up a free sampler for anyone that wants it.

I absolutely LOVE these. They truly are a great basic frame or use it as a feature element. Rachel, Irina, Vanessa, Vivienne, and Gabs did some fab layouts so let’s take a look.
