Impromptu Surprise Freebie from sherriejd!
Hello everyone! We have so much coming your way that we’re running a little behind! Sherriejd jumped right in and created this absolutely magical freebie for you! Isn’t it breathtaking?

We decided while we were sharing sherriejd’s freebie we’d share part of her interview here with you too! She hasn’t been featured yet because she REFUSED to give us a picture of herself! *tsk tsk tsk* But we FINALLY got one out of her with some arm twisting and there may have been some repeated excessive buzzing in her IM! You can read a bit about her and enjoy her original freebie she made for the interview too!

1. Where did you grow up?
podunk TEXAS. my high school graduating class was 52. We won’t talk about how many flunked out my senior year *wince*
2. Where do you live now?
cumming GEORGIA, no seriously, that’s the name of the town
3. What’s your sign? TAURUS
4. What interested you in Digital Scrapbooking?
I have a background in IT and have always been computer literate which led to me using vintage images and digital scrapbook products in my mixed media art. Then the more I played with it, the more I wanted to make digital look as if it were a photo of the “real” thing.
5. What’s your favorite food?
Mexican or Tex-Mex to be exact.
6. When did you start designing and how did you learn?
I entered the Little Dreamers Design Contest first part of this year and designed my very first products for that contest. My photoshop skills are self-taught. I originally used Paint Shop Pro for years but found the common “language” among digital scrapbook artists seemed to be Photoshop so I converted over first part of 2007.
7. What are your two favorite products you have designed?
I LOVE how my kitschy kitchen kit turned out. I couldn’t’t believe that there were so many things that I wanted to keep adding to it and the kit just grew and grew. It turned out to be 600 mb and I’m going to guess that might be a record for the largest mega kit out there ROFL.

probably my second favorite is the little PUMPKIN EATER kit I created for the block party. It was the first time I really tried to create hand drawn and painted elements for a kit and I think they turned out so fun and they are a departure from my more vintage look.

8. Do you scrap? If so, can you link us to a gallery? My Digital Art Quirks Gallery!
9. If you could only have three scrap items to use what would they be?
Photoshop, bamboo tablet, and my EHD full of CRD products :D
10. How do you know Christina?
Part of her amazing Creative Team.
11. Tell us where we can find you and your great products in the future.
Selling exclusively at TangieBaxter.com (unless I can convince CR to let me sell at her shop permanently ROFL)
