WOW, WOW and WOW! I cannot believe how creative you have all been with the mini challenge! Seriously AMAZING STUFF! It’s really fun to see you all doing something different, I just hope you enjoyed creating your fab goodies as much as I enjoyed STARING at them! hehe :)

We’re going to close the challenge tomorrow and get the winners announced. I’m not quite sure HOW we are supposed to decide though, lol. A great big THANK YOU from us for getting artistic and trying something new and fun and for inspiring so many of us! We’ll be getting out that Alphabet freebie over the weekend to everyone who played along!

Next up we have a…. NEW CHALLENGE!

We’re challenging YOU to create your OWN calendar! There are NO limits or rules except that we want to see you think OUTSIDE THE BOX! There’s so much that you could do, a page, a desktop calendar, an altered calendar, the possibilities are endless! Christina has provided some FAB stamps of frames, numbers and wordart brushes to get you started :)

We’d like to see you use your calendar to keep “memories, dates and events” noted. So if you have a birthday coming up on January 10th, write it in! If you want to remember that special something that happened back on January 1st… add it! You can even note when you started that NEW YEAR DIET (I’m on the seafood diet…see food and eat it haha!!!) or that you did your grocery shopping last Friday! We want to see those calendars reflecting YOUR DAILY LIFE and events!

CR mentioned she had received a calendar in the mail while pregnant with her son. She enjoyed recording his daily activities to always reminisce on :) Things such as his new words, new foods, what they did for the day, etc. You know… sort of like a journal, I thought that was a CUTE idea!

So create your calendar using brushes, frames or ANYTHING that inspires you! Let your life do the talking and build your January 2008 keepsake! Link us up to the gallery of your choice. The winner/s are a little different this time! Each week (for the next 2 weeks) there will be one winner to receive a $5 CRD GC! This will be based on the most up to date calendar and any fun and creative twists you may add! At the END of January we’ll close the challenge and ask for your FINAL January 2008 calendars, then we will choose 3 winners to each receive a $20 CRD GC!!
